Jodhpur, Rajasthan
Career Nirnaya is based in Jodhpur and works with Class 9-12 students and their parents through both in-person counselling and scientific online assessments — grounded in the MBTI and Holland RIASEC models, not guesswork.
Choosing a stream after Class 10 or a career direction after Class 12 is a significant decision, and many Jodhpur families want to discuss it with someone in person rather than only online. Career Nirnaya was founded in Jodhpur by Dr. Kavita Ratia, a certified career coach with a PhD in Business Finance and Economics and 13+ years mentoring students, and offers:
Face-to-face sessions in Jodhpur to discuss assessment results, stream selection, and career planning with the family.
The same scientific psychometric tests available to students anywhere, completed online in 15-20 minutes.
Every student receives a detailed PDF report that parents can review together, whether the session was in person or online.
Students in Jodhpur can take any of our six assessment tracks, from early interest discovery in Class 9 through stream-specific guidance in Class 11-12. See our full career assessment test guide, or jump straight to choosing your assessment.
